Community Involvement

Through beekeeping, YEG Honeycomb strives to support the residents that live or work at many of the historic sites where it places its hives. The opportunity to work with the bees provides residents with opportunities to learn new skills, build confidence, foster community, trust, connection and healing. 

YEG Honeycomb welcomes opportunities to build connection in the community. In particular, we look forward to supporting diverse, vulnerable or marginalized groups who are looking for new opportunities to build skills and make a connection with bees and with nature.
